By accessing or using DALIA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
2. Service Description
DALIA is an intelligent agenda and productivity service that helps users organize tasks, events, plans, study, work, and business activity from natural language.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs in your account.
4. Payments
Payments for DALIA are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle billing, taxes, invoices, payment support, cancellations, and refund requests according to Paddle's applicable buyer policies.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to Paddle's Refund Policy. See DALIA's Refund Policy.
