Refund Policy

Payments for DALIA are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, and related requests are handled according to Paddle's Refund Policy.

To request a refund, customers should use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in their Paddle transaction confirmation email, or contact Paddle Buyer Support.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

DALIA does not publish separate refund rules. Paddle's Refund Policy applies to payments processed through Paddle.
